1. About Arise & Shine Saloon

Arise & Shine Saloon is a premium floral studio based in Kenya, offering fresh flower arrangements, gift sets, event florals, and related services. We operate both online and via WhatsApp/phone ordering.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) are eligible for same-day delivery in Nairobi
  • Orders for special occasions (weddings, events) should be placed at least 3–7 days in advance
  • Customized or high-volume orders may require additional lead time

3. Products & Descriptions

While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images, actual flower arrangements may vary slightly from photographs due to seasonal availability and natural variation in Arise & Shine. We will always ensure the arrangement matches the described quality and value.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery fees are additional and will be communicated at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arise & Shine Saloon website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Arise & Shine Saloon and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arise & Shine Saloon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) including but not limited to natural disasters or civil unrest.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Arise & Shine Saloon will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability. The customer is responsible for ensuring a recipient is available to receive the delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
